The Lib Dems have won the Grove Ward by-election with an enormous surge. A by-election had been fought in the ward in May and had led to a narrow win by less than 50 votes. In this by-election the Lib Dems won by nearly 900 votes.

Jonathan William Tolley (The Liberal Democrats Party) was elected as councillor for Grove Ward following the by-election held on Thursday 16 July 2015.
